This was great. I enjoyed it. Seeing Apple use cheese surprised me because I thought you were fighting against things like that (things high in fat, sodium and cholesterol.) For calcium I was expecting maybe something like broccoli, brussels sprouts, butternut squash carrots, cauliflower, collards, sweet potato- something to keep the theme going. But agh! Never mind what I would have done, this is your creation and either way. I really like the over all premise of this and I look forward to more. Broccoli looks really badass btw. And Pea and Strawberry are adorable. :) Great work. Splendid.

Hypergon702 responds:

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

Oh man, I am so embarrassed to say that I haven't seen any of your stuff before until now. You are seriously good at writing this stories. They're so fun! The characters are also very lovable. This is great stuff.

tylerghardin responds:

wow! this means a lot. thank you so much. this is the first time i've been told the characters are lovable, which means a lot. that was precisely the goal working on this one! thank you again!

Aww. That elderly dude at the end? That was so cute. Good job on writing the skit! And the animation was very charming. This was very well done! :)

tylerghardin responds:

thank you so much!

Good job man. Plus, I like vegetables too. I really like vegetables. They give me super powers. Unfortunately they didn't make me grow as tall as tree as was promised :P Ahww yeah, man! TURNIP THE BEET!

Yusuf responds:

Thank you for that amazing pun

Wow, RedBling no rike it? Heheh. Aww poor Snake. This was great. I loved the part where he strangled the walkie, it made the part about him strangling the kid make more comical sense. People unfamiliar with the voice change to Kiefer Sutherland for MTGV may not get it, though. All over, very enjoyable piece. I don't see any holes in it, five stars!

secondstamp responds:

Exactly! My hope is that Metal Gear fans will get the joke.

I like this; the unique character design, the interactions, the backgrounds and patterns. I like.

Brewster responds:

thanks!!

It's so sweet. I think it's awesome you are willing to share this part of your life with us lowly Newgrounders. Right now it's at three stars, and I must say. I'm not surprised. Most NGers don't have hearts so it goes right over their heads. :P

WooleyWorld responds:

Well I wanted to keep it here so I could go back and watch it.
Stars don't really concern me on this animation. I got what I wanted.
I do appreciate the help, Piper. Thanks for the review.

Cute idea for that girl's headband. I JUST noticed this. So cute!

WooleyWorld responds:

I got the inspiration from one of the old Nin10dOH animations. The play screens.

Very well done. I really enjoyed this. It turned out lovely. I love the snow scapes and I'm a sucker for windy animation. I love how the characters flow, liked the montage of them trekking the snow into the forest. I'm impressed. This was fun.

dylan responds:

Thanks! It was nice working with you, and I look forward to more projects with you in the future

I really liked this when you first uploaded it. Made me grit my teeth to watch so many being flippant and rude in the comments, but , I get it. I used to be like that. It's why atrocities continue, because they're just so crazy that it's hard to believe. How could something so wrong be going on for so long, right? A lot of us mindlessly accept tradition and culture to be all that should continue. Critical thinking is one thing, but covering one's ears, going "La la la la!" or shielding oneself and averting one's eyes, doesn't make it go away. Most of us wouldn't be as brave enough to actually stand up against the stream, or to spread unpopular word of what we hold to be true. So I commend you.

KiWiArts responds:

Thank you very much for your kind words. This really makes it worthwhile :).
I agree with you. I was and still am shocked every time I see people just mindlessly closing their ears off to critical questions/ thoughts (based on facts, not just some random conspiracy theory) before even giving them some thought. It’s really hard to think freely and critically if you get fed the mainstream opinion the whole time. Sometimes even highly educated people fall for this behavior.
I’m just a simple artist, but all this just really pissed me off, to the point that I at least wanted try to make a difference through my art. Even if it slowly gets forgotten now, at least I hopefully could make 16k people think.

I hope this might motivate more people to at least ‘try’ instead of being hopeless and just complain. Every one of us got a certain talent he/she can use to stimulate people to think about those issues in our society. Even if you haven’t found your talent yet, you always have your voice.
Everyone can make a difference even if it’s just by waking up and start questioning the mainstream.

Sorry, got a bit carried away…
Again, thank you for your support!
