Video Blog Number One

Posted by Piper - April 1st, 2014

Piper, does this mean there's going to be a second one of these monstrosities? Well, yes. As long as no one kills me with their mind powers because of how much they hate this first one, there will be more to come.

<Video has been removed. sorry bro>

Both the audio and video are poor, because someone didn't double check their AV source. <_<

I also didn't optimize the video for high def. But, I like my blogs to be unscripted and genuine, so instead of doing it over, I did my best to work with what I had. Better quality next time! Pwomises.

Also, I must warn you, I've caught the "like" bug this month, I say "like" wa-a-ay too much. I hope you don't catch it too.

Take it easy~

I had to stop halfway through, sounds too much like my own life.

Oh no. You had to stop? I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.

Here's twenty imaginary dollars. Don't let me down on the hour-long foot video!

Fun-looking blog, I must watch it in its entirety when I get the chance, instead of just skipping through like I usually do with longer videos.

Also, nice one on nearing 300 fans! Take care, Piper Ann!

;)

Yeah. It's pretty long. I'll get better at these, I promise.

Also, thank you!

Haha, it's okay! Just got to thinking about my grandfather and his love of ham radio and photography. Used to do radio plays too, but that was when cassette tapes were still pretty new lol. And the small farm I grew up on is about to be sold... so yeah, some pretty close similarities, though your old place wasn't a farm, right?

It was. I lived on a farm. It stayed in the family up until about 2010 when it was seized by the bank. I think about it often. I'm sorry to hear about it being sold. That's tough.

I just had a younger local farmer (and real estate guy, of course) knock on my door, not half an hour ago, looking to buy it |: I knew the kid's father (I say kid, but he's 35). Almost confused him with an orchid grower's son...

Yeah, it's tough, and the auction didn't go well :\ I still have to farm it (with what's left), or lose the farm assessment.

i used to do radio plays or something.

a toy robot had a 10-second sound recorder on it and i would just shout in random accents that i can't do anymore because i'm a scrub. i only did it cause i was bored anyway.

Accents are fun! Though, when people ask me for a French accent I run for the hills, that and British English. Pretty cool about those radio plays. Thanks for sharing! :)

Haha, interesting blog you have there. Takes some courage to just talk in front of a camera like that! (I tried it yearsss ago, but decided the internet is better off without videos of me haha)

However, you have an excellent voice for voice acting. I was led to your page after seeing your review on that AIM song, I was interested because I noticed that you were the one responsible for the female vocals in it. Good work in that song by the way!

Keep doin voice stuff, you'll go places with it. :D

I'm glad you enjoyed LichLordMusic's song and thanks a lot!

I hope to do a new video soon. Perhaps next week. :)
